Maintaining your pool water is more than chlorine, shock and test strips. Proper maintenance of your swimming pool involves an understanding of pH, Carbonate Alkalinity, Calcium, and CYA.

G&B Tile and Plaster offers a class to homeowners designed to teach you how to properly protect your "plaster finish"in your personal pool. This class is designed to introduce you to proper water chemistry practices, teach you how to use a test kit and how to understand the readings of the test kit. The class will teach you how to add chemicals in order to maintain your pool water and protect your plaster.

G&B Tile and Plaster offers this class on a monthly basis. The class is 1 hour long, and space is limited to up to 20 pool owners per class. The cost is $35 per person.
