Swimming Pool Tile Choices
Dramatic changes can be made to a pool without changing the structure. It starts with choosing the right contractor. This video shows tile that is worn out, along with pre-cast coping and veneer. This failing plaster was caused due to a poor prep job on the pool when it was new. All of the worn-out pre-cast coping and veneer was changed out for Glass Tile, Lueders Flagstone, and Topaz Polished Quartz. No other company in the Dallas/Ft. Worth area would consider giving a warranty in line with the warranty G&B offers on pools replaster.

G&B Tile and Plaster employs our own Tile and Masonry Crews. Masonry items offered to our customers are tile and coping installations, outdoor kitchens, fireplaces, custom water features, waterfalls, and all tile pools. G&B uses the finest construction material available for all of our projects. Only frost proof/acid proof tiles are used to ensure all jobs are completed with the best materials. The stone used on our projects comes directly from stone quarries that we personally select, thus ultimately freeing us from the limited stone supplied from the local stone yards.
On all tile installations we grind off the old thinset from the previous install. G&B does not believe in multiple layers of tile setting materials either; thus, ensuring your new tile is installed on the solid sound beam.
On glass tile installations, the waterline and/or raised beam is sealed and a movement joint is installed between the tile and the coping material. This protects the tile from different expansion rates in adjoining materials.
